1983 Black Tuf Neck BMX Stem and 1 inch Seat Clamp, Vintage, Hutch, CW, Redline

Description

Here is a 1983 Black Tuf Neck stem. It is not dated but this came off a 1983 Redline with all OG parts. Also, to my knowledge they started making these with the tiger stamp and squared back in 1981, so I believe this to be the correct date.
The finish is original and looks great, especially for the age and being black in color. The pictures speak for the condition. There are two very tiny marks, one on the edge behind the bottom left bolt and the others on the edge of the back left corner by the stem bolt. As you can tell they are small and nothing close to a hammer mark. There is also a very, very light scratch above the bottom right bolt.
This is really being OCD but this stem is show worthy.
The bolt and wedge are OG to the stem, as well as the black bolts, pictured. I will include the polished, not OG, bolts that are in the stem as well.
Also included is a 25.4mm or 1 inch Tuf Neck seat clamp from the same 1983 bike. The clamp has been powder coated in satin black. Powder does fill in  some of the impressed lettering and is not perfect upon very close inspection. Still it looks very, very nice. It has titanium hardware but also comes with the OG screw and bolt.
