Aliens vs Predator soft vinyl 1/6 scale model kit Billiken

This is the Billiken Alien vs Predator 1/6 scale soft vinyl kit. The pieces have never been removed from the plastic.
Comes with instruction sheet and photography for painting and posing suggestions. Condition is "New".
There is a few what looks to be water damage spots on the back two corners of the box (pictured) but none of the contents were affected.
A very cool piece to add to any Alien or Predator collection
