Warranty / guarantee
The warranty is 1 month for commercial and 12 months for private customers.
A 1-year warranty insurance from Intec AG is included in the price. The guarantee insurance applies to both private and commercial vehicles (with the exception of taxis, rental cars, driving schools). The guarantee insurance can only be taken out for vehicles registered in Germany. In order to take out guarantee insurance, we need your vehicle registration document and the mileage of your vehicle. You will receive the insurance documents and guarantee conditions by email.
All spare parts are clearly and invisibly marked. When removing or Damage to the label or opening or Disassembly of the spare part expires the right of withdrawal and all warranty claims.
