This is still sealed in the original plastic bag.  The battery saver tab was still in place, but wanted to ensure that it still worked, so I pulled the tab out through the bag to test to make sure it still worked, pressed as the tag instructed and "Honey, have you seen the cat?" *Rawr!" and with shakes and vibrations, was assured that it did.

A gift of laughter for those who don't care for the feline species!  Cat captured in a burlap potato bag has ripped some holes in it and you can see fur sticking out and even a paw with the claws out.  It shakes and vibrates as the unhappy cat struggles and wildly meows as it fights to get free, which, of curse, it never does....
