    Here’s a new old stock stem I bought years ago from Draper’s Bike Shop, Ukiah…it was at least 15 years old when I got it in 2006… the short length Cinelli stems also had a shorter vertical section for lower bar height. A gorgeous old stem and never common in black.,,
