The only damage is one small chip to the inside lip of the sugar bowl (see photo).  The chip doesn't show when the lid is in place.
No other cracks or chips to the other pieces.  The graphics on the dishes are of varying degrees of brightness, most are bright but a couple look slightly faded.  I don't know if this is how they were manufactured or not.
