This is a new 14cc casting with seat blanks installed , period ! That’s where the line is drawn in the sand and the work ends ... if you want more options get the finished head for 9 with valves under sellers other items ...SO , Yes it needs work , and no it’s not ready to bolt on , and I cannot tell you what it needs because my idea of ready to bolt on is going to be different than your idea of ready to bolt on most likely different than the next guy .. so please don’t buy if you don’t know what this is .
