Just Look at the block itself .... it’s awesome !!!!
it has a extra thick custom casting. This casting is different in the areas around the jug. It has both a bottom jug reinforcement , top jug reinforcement and a side cover brace built into the casting. There are many other aspects of this block that make it a great foundation for the 3” bore stroker build .Such as the oil passage on the side of the sleeve has been moved outward out of the way so the sleeve isn’t dangerously close and create a weak thin area . The push rod area has been con-caved to allow more casting thickness around the sleeve at the bottom. These where problem areas on the Honda blocks and the clones like the predator ..This block was designed specifically to run a big bore sleeve ..this block has it all !!! No one has seen a block like this in karting history . This is the turning point that the karting engines have been looking for for years...this block will accept Honda gx200 heads and predator 212 heads alike ... the block has a thicker bottom pad to allow a stronger mounting surface, strengthen the block for the extra power and prevent vibrations. Also this casting has been thought out meticulously and is the ultimate karting or mini bike foundation .. this block was built to run the 3” sleeve..
That’s why I took a bunch of these and installed the sleeves into them
. These blocks take the process extremely well .. plenty of material left around the sleeve ,unlike the clones and Honda blocks

Do the math ... that’s 0.00 ... but i had to see what it took to get it done .. that’s what I do .. this was also a long process of shipping , driving here and there , and waiting for answers price , time , etc... also finding the right group of machinists to get this done was not easy .. these blocks are hard to work on based on there size and bore angle .. most machinists just dismissed me on sight of the block .. but I got it done ..
I had a large run made to get costs down to be able to bring these to market ... these blocks are ready to go ..
