S & O GUAGE BILLBOARDS AND ACCESSORIES  BY LIONELL AND PLASTICVILLE

BILLBOARDS AND ACCESSORIES BY LIONEL AND PLASTICVILLE (BACHMAN BROS., INC.) from the early 1950's. They have been in the family since then and are in good condition. The two green billboards in the main photo are by Lionel. The two in the second photo appear to be by Plasticville. The paper/cardboard inserts on all four are original. The RR and street signs come with the original box in good condition as do the telephone poles and the Citizens and their original boxes.
The Citizens were used for both S and O gauge layouts as were most Plasticville products at that time. I have also included a picnic table with 6 seated figures in actual S gauge size. The standing figure in the picture is for size comparison to the Plasticville Citizens that came with the box.
There are two different sets of conifers. The four standing beside the box are each one piece units of some type of soft material and are very realistic looking. The conifer in the foreground is assembled. There are seven additional trunks for constructing additional trees in different configurations from the pieces shown. All of these pieces are hard plastic and include the box shown which is in fair condition.
