  • Condition: I visited my parents recently and was digging through a few boxes of my things that I've been storing there for years when I found a few of my T-shirts from the 1980s and early 90s. For sale here is a shirt that I bought through the Alternative Tentacles' mail order catalog in the late 1980s, most likely in 1987 or 88. The graphic is referencing the name of a song on the Dead Kennedys album "Bedtime for Democracy," which was released in 1986. The shirt is in pretty good condition with just three small (~1-2mm) holes (see photos) and a large stain across the shoulders on the back that I'm convinced can be removed with the right care and another small stain near the bottom on the front/left side. Additionally, the collar is starting to get a little ratty (see photos). Here are the measurements: Length (top of collar at back of neck to lowest part of shirt) = 27.5" / Width (armpit to armpit) = 21"

    *I think this shirt is very rare. I've checked eBay on and off over the years to see if anyone was selling it and never saw an original one for sale. There is currently only an updated/modern version of the shirt for sale on eBay.
